The empowered patient, carer and family member: With patients becoming increasingly involved in making treatment decisions, an understanding of their perceptions and drivers is a necessity. Having the ability to link into a large, live panel resource enables you to achieve a greater insight into healthcare end-users and their networks.

Traditional approaches to researching patients are found wanting: Patient referrals, collaborations with associations, consumer panels, and advertisements in local and national press are all potentially expensive, lengthy and may leave you with uncertainty. We have revolutionised patient research by creating a unique patient community which bypasses these traditional methods.

The Patients’ Voice, a true set of patient communities, not a consumer panel: Healthcare Landscape has created The Patients’ Voice: a unique set of communities of patients, carers, family members and friends who are affected by chronic and/or acute conditions. Our members have opted-in to participate in medical market research across any methodology, be it qualitative, ethnographic, online or telephone.

These communities of respondents are pre-screened for medical conditions and degrees of severity. We also have details of Rx and OTC medication as well as demographic information.
